Roberto Firmino, Fabinho, Alisson and Gabriel Jesus arrive in Abu Dhabi on Brazil duty

The Brazil national football team touched down in Abu Dhabi on Monday evening as they prepare for two friendly matches in the Middle East.

Pictured together arriving at Abu Dhabi International Airport were Liverpool trio Roberto Firmino, Alisson Becker and Fabinho, Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus, and AC Milan midfielder Lucas Paqueta.

Jesus was recently on the losing side against Firmino, Alisson, and Fabinho when City went down 3-1 at Anfield on Sunday to give Liverpool firm control in the Premier League title race.

However, in stark contrast to the England camp - where Raheem Sterling has been dropped from the squad over an altercation with Liverpool's Joe Gomez - the Brazil players appear to have put club rivalries aside.

Brazil are training at Al Wahda's Al Nahyan Stadium this week and will make the short trip to Saudi Arabia to play fierce rivals Argentina on Friday in Riyadh before returning to Abu Dhabi to face South Korea at the Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium next week.

Taking place on November 19, it will be Brazil's first international fixture in the UAE since October 2010, when the five-time world champions defeated Iran 3-0 at Zayed Sports City.
